| 摘 要： | 目的探讨地西泮与苯巴比妥联合治疗小儿热性惊厥的临床疗效。方法选取我院2005年1月～2009年12月收治的78例热性惊厥患儿，随机分为单用组和联合组各39例，单用组单用苯巴比妥控制惊厥，联合组用苯巴比妥与地西泮联合治疗。治疗后比较两组的药物起效时间、复发人数和并发症发生情况。结果治疗后两组患儿的起效时间和复发人数比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论苯巴比妥与地西泮联合治疗小儿热性惊厥起效快、复发率低，值得临床医生在治疗小儿热性惊厥时借鉴应用。
