| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜联合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法62例骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，各31例。对照组接受常规膝关节镜手术，清理关节腔。实验组除关节镜手术外，术后关节腔注射透明质酸钠。观察两组治疗方法的有效率和复发率。结果实验组治疗方法的有效率高于对照组（P〈O．05）。实验组患者复发率低于对照组（P〈O．05）。实验组患者疗效评分和膝关节功能评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗骨陛关节炎具有良好的临床效果。
