产科医护人员职业有害因素分析及对策

目的了解产科医护人员职业危害因素及防护情况。方法对四家综合医院99名产科医护人员采用问卷调查。结果所有医护人员均不同程度被锐器损伤和羊水、血液污染过，其中工龄在5年内锐利器具损伤34人，发生率79．07％。工龄在5～10年锐利器具损伤12人，发生率54．55％，10年以上锐利器具损伤15人，发生率44．12％（P〈0．05）。结论产科医护职业存在高度危险因素，医护人员个人及医院要采取有效措施，加强产科医护人员职业危害因素的教育，规范操作行为，从根本上减少危害的发生。

Occupational Hazards on Obstetric Workers

Objective To learn the occupational hazards and protective circumstances in obstetric workers .Methods Questionnaires on 99 obstetric workers in four general hospitals. Results All workers were exposed to sharp injury and amniotic fluid, blood contamination in varying degrees, 34 workers （ Incidence rate 79.07% ） were injured by sharps whose working age is in 5 years.Conclusion Obstetric is A a occupation of high-risk factors, effective measures should be taken by workers and hospital, to strengthen the education of occupational hazards, standardizing operations, radically reduce the occupational hazards.
