| 摘 要： | 目的探讨草绿色链球菌能否诱导心瓣膜间质细胞产生IL-8和MCP-1以及其与p38信号通路的关系。方法草绿色链球菌感染VICs细胞，ELISA检测IL-8和MCP—1的产生，Westernblot检测p38的激活情况。结果草绿色链球菌能诱导VICs产生IL-8和MCP-1，并能诱导p38磷酸化。结论p38通路在草绿色链球菌诱导的前期炎症反应中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Streptococcus Viridans on production of IL-8 and macrophage chemoattractant protein-1 in valve interstitial cells,and the relationship of p38 activation.Methods VICs were infected with Streptococcus Viridans,IL-8 and MCP-1 producion were detected by ELISA,p38 activation was detected by Western blot.Results Streptococcus Viridans significantly induced VICs to produce IL-8 and MCP-1,and also induce p38 phosphorylation.Conclusion p38 signal pathways might play important role in... |
