脑电双频指数在麻醉深度监测中的应用研究

摘    要:目的观察脑电双频指数在麻醉深度监测中的应用。方法选择2009年6月~2010年6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者36例。观察患者在不同丙泊酚靶控浓度时反应熵脑电双频指数(BIS)的变化情况及患者在麻醉过程中的血压变化情况。结果脑电双频指数与丙泊酚靶控浓度存在负相关且具有较高的相关性。在插管时、停药时、拔管时患者的血压变化分别为(23±6.4)mmHg、(25±6.9)mmHg、(15±7.2)mmHg,血压变化波动较小,患者的血压在麻醉中保持平稳。结论脑电双频指数麻醉监测方式与丙泊酚靶控浓度具有较高的相关性,能较好地反映患者的麻醉深度,是一种较好的麻醉深度监测方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of t bispectral index ( BIS ) method on monitoring the depth of anaesthesia. Methods 36 patients were chosen from June 2009 to June 2010. The coefficient of BIS and propofol target-controlled concentration were measured and the blood pressures of the cases were observed. Results BIS increased or decreased with the propofol target-controlled concentration, and it had a good correlation. The blood pressures of the cases were stable during the surgery. Conclusion Bispeetral index had a good effect on monitoring the depth of anaesthesia.
