异维A酸、匹多莫德联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性顽固性跖疣23例

目的总结异维A酸、匹多莫德联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性顽固性跖疣的疗效及安全性。方法服用常用剂量异维A酸、匹多莫德2个月,并配合冷冻方法,每2周1次。分别于第3、6个月随访。结果疗程结束后,所有患者全部临床治愈。第1次随访有3例复发,重复治疗有效;第2次随访无复发病例。合并用药未增加药物的不良反应,未发生局部皮肤感染、瘢痕等。结论异维A酸、匹多莫德联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性顽固性跖疣治愈率高,复发率低,安全有效。

Effect observation of combining isotretinoin and pidotimod with cryotherapy on stubborn and refractory verruca plantaris in 23 cases

Objective To observe the effect and safety of combining isotretinoin and pidotimod with cryotherapy on patients with stubborn and refractory verruca plantaris.Methods Twenty-three patients were treated with isotretinoin and pidotimod for two months,and combined with liquid frozen once every two weeks,and follow-up two times after third months and the six months.Results All of 23 cases were cured after two month treatment.The first follow-up showed that three cases had recurrence and retreating was effective.The second follow-up showed that none had recurrence.No drug toxicity had been found adopting combination of two kinds of drugs as well as no skin infection or koloid occurred.Conclusion Combination of isotretinoin and pidotimod with cryotherapy in the treatment of stubborn and refractory verruca plantaris is effective and safe with low recurring rate.
