| 摘 要： | 目的探讨优质护理服务在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的126例维持性血液透析患者随机分为2组,每组63例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组给予优质护理服务。比较2组患者的临床护理效果。结果治疗组透析并发症发生率显著低于对照组;治疗组患者健康状况及护理工作满意度均显著优于对照组。结论优质护理服务可以有效提高血液透析效果,降低透析并发症的发生,提高护理服务质量及患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the applied effects of high-quality nursing service in hemodialysis patients.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group(n=63) received conventional nursing,whereas treatment group(n=63) received high-quality nursing service.The clinical nursing effects of 2 groups were compared.Results The incidence of dialysis complications in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group.The health status and nursing satisfaction in treatment group were significantly superior to that in control group.Conclusion High-quality nursing service can effectively improve the effect of hemodialysis,reduce the occurrence of dialysis complications,and improve nursing quality and the quality of life. |
