脑立体定向手术对帕金森病患者脑诱发电位的影响

为探讨脑立体定向手术对帕金森病 (PD)患者诱发电位 (EP)的影响 ,分别对 5 5例 PD患者手术前后的视觉诱发电位 (VEP)、体感诱发电位 (SEP)和事件相关电位 (ERP)进行了比较研究。结果显示 ,PD患者术前EP的异常率为 2 9.1% ,术后为 6 7.3% ,两者相比差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1)。其 EP的特点是 VEP的 P1 0 0 潜伏期明显延长 ,波幅明显降低 ;SEP各波潜伏期无明显改变 ;ERP的潜伏期明显延长 ,波幅降低 ,以丘脑或丘脑并苍白球为靶点手术者尤为明显 ;EP的异常率与病情呈正相关。认为非痴呆 PD患者也存在视觉通路和认知功能损害 ,脑立体定向手术可能会加重其异常。

Effects following by sterotactic surgery on evoked potentials in patients with Parkinson′s disease

To explore the effects following by sterotactic surgery on the evoked potentials (EP) in the patients with Parkinson's disease(PD). The visual evoked potentials,somatosensory evoked potentials and event-related potentials (ERP) were all together performed in 55 cases with Parkinson's disease.The results showed the abnormality rate were 29.1% in EP befor operation,but after operation its were 67.3% .There were markedly difference by statistically befor and after the operation ,P<0.01.The feature of the change were the latencies of P_ 100 were prominence long, the wave amplitude of P_ 100 was droped,there were no change in the latency and wave amplitude of somatosensory evoked potentials .The latencies of ERP were prominence long too, and wave amplitude of P_3 was markedly reduced .The tagerts which was located thalamic ventrolateral nucleus or thalamic adding pallidotomy were notably in ERP.At this time,the abnormities rate of EP had just positive relations with state of an illness.The results suggest that nodementia PD also have visual pathway and cognitive impairment,the abnormitic process are aggravated by stereotactic operations.
