| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨正常压力脑积水的手术治疗。方法 本组 10例正常压力脑积水 ,术前表现为脑出血或颅脑外伤后步态不稳、记忆力障碍及尿失禁 ,采用低压分流管行侧脑室—腹腔分流术。结果 本组 10例术后均得到 6个月至 3年随访 ,6例恢复正常工作 ,4例生活完全自理。结论 侧脑室—腹腔分流术是治疗正常压力脑积水最有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the results of surgical treatment of normal pressure hydrocephalus with ventriculo peritoneal shunt. Method 10 cases of normal pressure hydrocephalus were analyzed from April,1996 to April,2001.All patients were found with instable gait and memory obstacle and urine irretention after craniocerebral injury and cerebral hemorrhage. Results 10 cases all were operated by surgery of ventriculo peritoneal shunt with low pressure shunts. Having been given visitation from 6 months to 3 years after operation, 6 cases reserved normal work,4 cases livelihood were supported by themselves. Conclusion It is the best treatment to use normal pressure hydrocephalus with ventriculo pertoneal shunt. |
