脊髓诱发电位的实验研究

摘    要:为探索脊髓诱发电位(Spinalcordevokednotentials,SCEP)在术中监测的安全范围,将刺激和记录线电极分别置于24只大耳白兔T7~T8、L4~L5间隙硬障外,记录正常电位后对脊髓施加纵向牵张力,至实验要求的波幅。波幅下降至正常的80%组脊髓组织结构轻微改变,脊髓功能正常;下降至50%组及<50%组则出现不可逆损害。结果表明,SCEP波形稳定,其波幅下降至80%是脊髓损伤的危险信号,下降至50%或50%以下将产生不可逆的脊髓损伤。

Abstract:Stimu1us and record bipolar catheter electrodes were inserted at the midline of the dorsalepidural space of T7-T8 and L4-L5 of twenty-four rabbits,spectively,for intraoperative monitoring toconfirm the safety range of the SCEP changes. The SCEP amplitude decreased to required percentage bygiving traction force to spinal cord. A amplitude reduction with delay of latency of the Nl deflection wasnoted with increment of distraction load. The a1nplitude which had a tendency to recovering in the 80%group,and decreased in the 50% and the <50% groups after loosing the distractor. lt was a dangeroussignal for the spinal cord to be injured if the amplitude of the SCEP decreased to 80%,and irreversiblechanges of spinal cord would be occured if the amplitude decreased to 50% of the control wave.
