| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）不合格献血者丙型肝炎病毒不同功能区抗体的检出情况。方法收集献血前乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）和ALT筛查中ALT不合格的血清样本,采用融合F4HVR1抗原检测样本中的第1高变区（HVR1）抗体,并与现有的C、NS3、NS4、NS5区抗体进行比较。结果在2035份ALT不合格样本中,共检测出34份阳性样本,其中HVR1区单独阳性2份,C区3份,NS3区4份,NS5区1份。结论丙型肝炎病毒各区段抗体筛查对提高输血安全性具有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To screen the antibodies against different function regions of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in blood donors with high ALT level. Methods The selected blood samples were collected from blood donors. The HCV antibodies were detected by F4HVR1 antigen, and to compared with antibodies against HCV Core,NS3,NS4,NS5. Results Among all the 2035 samples with high ALT level,34 were antibodies positive, two were only positive for HVRl,three were only positive for Core, four were only positive for NS3, one were only positive for NS5. Conclusions The detection of different function region antibodies is helpful in improving blood transfusion safety. |
