临床护理路径在慢性硬膜下血肿患者中的应用研究

目的研究临床护理路径在慢性硬膜下血肿患者中的应用效果。方法选择同期住院期间慢性硬膜下血肿患者60例,随机分成2组,实验组按制订好的临床护理路径表实施每日治疗、护理和康复工作。对照组按照常规护理模式工作。结果实验组患者的平均住院日、待手术天数、平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.01),心理压力、健康知识掌握及生活自理能力的恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。患者满意度提高了5.34%。结论按照临床护理路径实施护理及患者的自理康复,可以减少平均住院日,降低住院费用,有利于患者主动参与及配合护理康复锻炼,促进了患者自理能力的恢复,提高了患者的满意度。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Objective To study effect of clinial nursing pathway on patients with chronic subdural hematoma. Meth-ods 60patients with chronic subdural hematoma hospitalized in the same period were divided randomly into twogroups. In Treating Group, everyday treatment, nursing and rehablitation were performed according to formulated clini-cal nursing pathway form. In Control Group, routine nursing model was performed. Results Mean hospitalization day,days of waiting for operation and mean hospitalization cost in Treation Group were lower than those in Control Group(P<0.01). Mental pressure, mastering of health knowledge and life self- caring ability in Treating Group were prior tothose in Control Group (P<0.01). Patients' satisfaction was raised by 5.34%. Conclusions Performing nursing and pa-tients' self- caring and rehabilitation according to clinical nursing pathway may reduce mean hospitalization day andlower hospitalization cost. It is advantageous to patients' actively participating in and coordination of nursing and rehabi-lization. It may promote patient's rehabilization of self- caring ability and raise patients' satisfaction.
