护士长量化考核及竞聘的实践

摘    要:目的 考核护士长,优胜劣汰,达到提高医院的护理管理水平.方法 对已任的护士长定期量化考核,包括护理管理、护理质量、护理安全、患者有无发生护理并发症、患者满意度、教学与科研等方面,对考核分数低于80分者实行淘汰,对落聘岗位或新增岗位实行竞聘上岗.结果 2次考核各落选护士长2人,现聘29人均顺利竞聘;竞聘前后护理质量中主要护理指标合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 实施护士长定期量化考核及竞聘,护士长有危机感,增强了护士长的事业心和责任感;护理质量和患者满意率均显著提高,科研教学质量也有新的突破.
