2005年大连市部分儿童乙肝疫苗接种情况调查

目的]了解大连市部分儿童乙肝疫苗接种现状。方法]采用两阶段按容量比例概率抽样(PPS)方法,在全市11个区市县抽查210名2004年出生儿童,18179名2005年在医院出生儿童,进行乙肝疫苗接种情况调查。结果]大连市适龄儿童乙肝疫苗全程接种率为94.76%,首针及时接种率为94.29%,2005年医院出生儿童乙肝疫苗首针接种率和及时接种率分别为99.20%、97.74%。结论]大连市适龄儿童乙肝疫苗接种率保持在较高水平。

Investigation on Hepatitis B Vaccine Immunization Status among Children in Dalian City

Objective]To study the hepatitis B vaccine immunization status of children in Dalian city,provide scientific basis for immunization strategy.Methods]210 children born in 2004 and 18 179 children born in 2005 were collected with PPS method,spot check was made on immunization.Results]The coverage of the whole dose of hepatitis B vaccination was 94.76% in the target children in Dalian.First dose coverage timely for hepatitis B vaccination was 94.29%.The coverage of first dose and coverage timely for hepatitis B vaccination in children born in the hospital in 2005 was 99.20% and 97.74%.Conclusion]The coverage of hepatitis B vaccination in the target children in Dalian city was higher.
