| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州地区登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊携带登革病毒的情况，为登革热预防控制提供预测预警信息。方法从广州11个行政区及其登革热旧疫点捕获白纹伊蚊成蚊和幼虫（经实验室培育羽化成成蚊），提取登革病毒RNA，One step SYBR Green I实时RT-PCR进行检测。结果2005—2007年从广州地区采集的493批白纹伊蚊（6255只）中，共检测出两份阳性结果，分别来自登革热疫点和旧疫点，经测序证实为登革I型．其余为阴性。最低感染率为0．32。结论本文白纹伊蚊携带登革病毒比率较低，可能与登革病毒在蚊体内传代的递减效应、采样时间滞后以及广州登革热非连续性爆发有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the situation of dengue virus carried by Aedes albopictus in Guangzhou and to provide information for the prediction and control of dengue fever. Methods Adult females and larva （developed to adult in our lab） from A. albopictus were collected from 11 districts of Guangzhou, and screened for dengue virus by one step SYBR Green I real time RT-PCR. Results A total of 493 pools of A. albopictus （6 255 mosquitoes） were analyzed between 2005 and 2007. Two samples were found to be dengue virus serotype I and the results were confirmed by sequencing. The minimum infection rate was 0.32. Conclusion The state of dengue virus infection in A. albopictus in Guangzhon was low. The low frequency of isolation of dengue virus in A. albopictus is probably due to the reduced growth of the virus in A. albopictus and a delayed in sampling time. Furthermore, there was no continuous outbreak of dengue fever in Guangzhou. |
