微粉化技术对金银花溶出度的影响

摘    要:目的:考察微粉化技术对中药材金银花溶出度的影响。方法:以绿原酸含量为指标,采用薄层色谱法对中药材金银花进行定性鉴别,用紫外分光光度法测定金银花中绿原酸的含量。结果:随着粉碎粒度的变细,金银花有效成分绿原酸的提出量明显提高,超微粉(10μm)〉160目筛细粉〉120目筛细粉〉80目筛细粉〉60目筛细粉,超微粉有效成分含量比60目筛细粉提高14.4%。结论:微粉化技术对金银花溶出度影响明显。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of micronization on the dissolution of Chinese medical material,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. Methods :The content of chlorogenic acid was taken as the index in identification. Thin layer chromatography was adopted to identify Flos Lonicerae Japonicae in quality and UV speetrophotometry was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. Results:As the particle size became finer,the extractions of the effective component,chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae Japonicae were increased remarkably,namely ultramicro powder (10 μm)〉 fine powder of 160-mesh sieve〉fine powder of 120-mesh sieve〉fine powder of 80-mesh sieve〉fine powder of 60-mesh sieve. The content of effective component in ultramicro power was increased by 14.4% comparing with that in the fine powder of 60-mesh sieve. Conclusion : Micronization impacts remarkably the dissolution of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.
