不同pH值及氮酮对大黄酚透皮吸收影响

摘    要:采用V-C扩散池及小鼠皮肤建立的透皮模型和紫外可见分光光度法,考察了不同pH值及其条件下氮酮对大黄提取物中大黄酚透皮吸收的影响。结果表明:大黄酚在酸性介质中的透皮效果最佳,且Azone对其透皮吸收有显著增强作用。

Abstract:Effects of pH and azone on the transdermal absorption of chrysophanic acid by mouse skin were studied in vitro by Valian--Chien horizontal diffusion cell and UV spectrometry. Result of the study showed that maximum absorption was attained at pH4 and that azone is an excellent transdermal penetrant to enhance absorption.
