复方丹参注射液致过敏性休克49例分析

目的：了解复方丹参注射液致过敏性休克的情况。方法：通过检索1993-2003年国内30种公开发行的医药期刊中有关复方丹参注射液致过敏性休克反应报道37篇，并对病历进行统计分析。结果：11年间国内公开报道复方丹参注射液导致过敏性休克病例49例，其中导致死亡4例。结论：复方丹参注射液导致的过敏性休克，如抢救不及时，将危及生命，应引起临床、生产厂家高度重视。

Anaphylactic shock caused by Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection:analysis of 49 cases from literature

bject: To investigate the occurrence of anaphylactic shock induced by compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. Methods: 37 papers about anaphylactic shock induced by compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection were retrieved and analyzed, which were published on 30 domestic medical journals during 1993-2003. Results: Anaphylactic shock occurred in 49 cases, including 4 deaths. Conclusion: Anaphy- lactic shock induced by compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection was very dangerous. If treated improperly and untimely, it was enough to cause death. So it must be paid more attention for the clinic and manufactories.
