三种根管消毒剂对年轻恒牙根尖周炎疗效的对比研究

目的 观察比较改良氢氧化钙糊剂、木榴油抗生素糊剂（以下简称木抗糊剂）、樟脑酚液在年轻恒牙根尖周炎治疗中的疗效。方法 经X线片诊断患根尖周炎的89例103颗年轻恒牙，随机分为A，B，C3组，常规根管预备后分别用改良氢氧化钙糊剂（A组）、木抗糊剂（B组）、樟脑酚液（C组）进行根管消毒，观察临床疗效。结果 改良氢氧化钙糊剂、木抗糊剂临床疗效较好，经统计学分析A组和B组的有效率差异无显著性（P〉0．05），而两组分别与C组的有效率比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 改良氢氧化钙糊剂、木抗糊剂作为年轻恒牙根管消毒剂使用，效果肯定。

The Comparative Study on Clinical Effects of Three Kinds of D isinfectant in Root Canal Applied to Young Ermanent Teeth with Periapical Perio dontitis

Objective To compare the clinical effects of three kinds of disinfectant applied to young permanent teeth in root canal treatment.Methods Eighty-nine cases,103 young permanent teeth with acute or chronic periapical periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into group calcium-idoform paste(group A),group antibacterial paste(group B) and group camphor phenol(group C).The clinical effects were observed 10 days later.Results The statistical results showed that the group A and B were better than group C in clinical effects significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium-idform and antibacterial offer the ideal and satisfactory disinfectant of root canal and deserve to be chosen firstly for young permanent teeth with periapica1 periodontitis in clinical treatment.
