SR-PLLA对家兔下颌骨骨折愈合影响的研究

摘    要:目的观察自身增强多聚乳酸(SR-PLLA)可吸收骨折内固定棒对下颌骨骨折愈合的影响.方法对照比较兔骨折模型SR-PLLA固定棒与不锈钢丝结扎固定的愈合情况,于术后2、4、8w进行组织学骨密度观察.结果术后2w SR-PLLA组与钢丝组对骨折钙化过程无显著差别(P>0.05);而术后4~8w,前者骨折钙化明显加速(P<0.05).结论SR-PILA术后4~8w有促进骨折钙化的作用,加速骨折愈合过程.在有足够机械强度前提下,使用SR-PLLA材料治疗下颌骨骨折切实可行.

Abstract:Objective:To abserve the effect of absorbable meterial(SR-PLLA)internal fixer in rabbits,the difference between SR-PLLA fixation and metallic wires fixation was viewed.Methods:Twenty rabbits with experimental fractur of mandible was fixed by using self-reinforced poly-L-lactide acid(SR-PLLA) robs.The fracture fixation with metallic wires served as contrast in themselves.The specimin getting from the fracture region was detected under the dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer in differente time.Results:The bone density was 0.204g/m 2,0.353g/cm 2,0.388g/cm 2 in 2,4 and 8w and was 0.193g/cm 2, 0.317g/cm 2,0.359g/cm 2in wire group separately in SR-PLLA group.There were significance differences in 4 and 8 weeks between different groups( P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion:SR-PLLA robs are suitable for treatment of mandibular fracture,and can take an accelerating effect on healing of mandibular fracture.
