针刺祛风化痰穴位合半夏白术天麻汤治疗中风临床观察

目的：观察针刺特定祛风化痰穴位合半夏白术天麻汤治疗缺血中风风痰上扰证的临床疗效.方法：将54例风痰上扰型缺血中风患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各27例.两组均采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予特定祛风化痰穴位合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,2周后统计分析疗效.结果：治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组治疗前后神经功能缺损积分（NDS）及中医证候积分减少明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应.结论：针刺特定祛风化痰穴位合半夏白术天麻汤对缺血中风风痰上扰证型中风患者疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Methods： 54 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 27 patients in each group. 27 cases in the control group adopted conventional western medicine treatment, 27 cases in the observation group were treated with Acupuncture The wind and phlegm removing points and Banxiabaizhutianma decoction, and the curative effects were measured after treatment 2 weeks. Results ： The clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group,There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05） ;the TCM symptoms and the NDS scores in treatment group was much lower than that in control group （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture The wind and phlegm removing points and Banxiabaizhutianma decoction is effective for apoplexy with The wind-phlegm syndrome disturbing mind.
