微波辅助提取淫羊藿多糖研究

摘    要:目的:通过单因素及正交试验研究水浴及微波辅助提取淫羊藿多糖的最佳工艺.方法:以提取物的含糖量为考察指标,采用正交试验法比较微波辅助提取与水浴提取淫羊藿多糖效果.结果:水浴提取淫羊藿多糖的最佳方法为:料液比1∶80,水浴时间60min,水浴温度80℃,浸出液pH为8.0;微波辅助提取淫羊藿多糖最佳试验方案为:料液比1∶60,微波强度700W,微波时间4min,浸提液pH为8.0.结论:微波辅助提取淫羊藿多糖平均含量为1.8%,水浴法提取平均含糖量为1.2%,多糖提取率提高了47.1%,微波辅助提取法优于水浴提取法.

A Study on the Microwave Extraction for Polysaccharides from Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.Et Zucc.) Maxim

Abstract:The optimal process of extracting polysaccharides from Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb. Et Zucc. ) Maxim was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment in this paper. The results show that: The optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Elimedium sagittatum by hot water extraction method were as follows: material/liquid ratio of 1 : 80, temperature of 80 ℃, time of 60 minutes, pH of 8.0. The optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Epirnedium sagittaturn by microwave assisted extraction method were as follows: material/liquid ratio of 1 : 60, microwave operative power of 700 W, PH of 8.0, time of 4 minutes. The microwave extracting method is better than the hot water extracting method.
