中西医结合治疗儿童弱视临床观察

目的：探究中西医结合治疗儿童弱视的临床效果.方法：选取弱视患者125例,以数字法随机分为观察组65例和对照组60例.观察组患者采用中西医结合方式治疗,即在西医治疗基础上服用中药并结合耳穴压迫治疗;对照组患者采用西医治疗,比较两组患者的疗效.结果：经治疗后,观察组治愈率及总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：中西医结合治疗儿童弱视不仅可明显提升治疗效果而且安全性高,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Observation of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Children with Amblyopia

Objective.To explore the medical doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of the clinical effect on amblyopia in children with type. Methods： 125 patients with amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups, The obser- vation group of 65 cases and a control group of 60 cases. Patients in the observation group were treated by Integrated Chinese and Western medicine is combined with oral Chinese medicine treatment and auricular pressure therapy; the control group was treated with western medicine treatment, compared two groups of curative effect. Results： The observation group after treatment, the total effective rate and cure rate after treatment were significantly higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistieally significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion： Treatment of children with amblyopia can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of inte- grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and affordable. This method is worthy of recommendation.
