摘    要:目的:采用多种指标考察优化妇康乐胶囊的醇提工艺。方法:分别以丹参、赤芍、败酱草、大血藤的有效成分丹酚酸B、芍药苷和绿原酸含量为指标,采用单因素和正交试验法对妇康乐胶囊的提取工艺进行优化。结果:妇康乐胶囊的最佳醇提取工艺为:加8倍量60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1h。结论:丹酚酸B、芍药苷、绿原酸含量3个指标可用于综合考察妇康乐胶囊醇提工艺的优劣。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize fulekang capsules extraction process of capsules Using a variety of indicators. Methods: Taking salvianolic acid B , paeoniflorin and chlorogenic acid as the index, a method of orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimizing the technics of extraction. Results:The optimal extraction technology of Fukangle capsule was 8 fold of 60 % ethanol, reflux extracting 2 times and 3h each time. Conclusion: Dan phenolic acids, paeoniflorin, chlorogenic acid B three indicators can he used for comprehensive inspection fu recreational capsules extraction process.
