作业疗法结合高压氧治疗对颅脑损伤后上肢功能恢复的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨作业疗法配合高压氧治疗对颅脑损伤患者上肢运动功能康复的影响。方法:纳入50例颅脑损伤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予Bobath疗法及电针等常规康复训练,治疗组在此基础上加用作业疗法和高压氧治疗。治疗前及治疗后,采用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评定量表评定患者上肢综合运动功能,Barthel(BI)指数评定日常生活能力。结果:治疗1个月后,两组BI评分均较治疗前明显提高(P〈0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),但FMA评分两组治疗前后差异无统计学意义。治疗3个月后,两组BI及FMA评分均较治疗前明显提高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:作业疗法结合高压氧治疗在改善颅脑损伤患者上肢运动及日常生活能力方面有较好的疗效。

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxypgen Combined with Occupational Therapy in the Recovery of Upper Limb Function Following Craniocerebral Injury

Abstract:Objective:To explore occupational therapy and hypeibaric oxypgen in the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with cranioeerebral injury. Methods: A total of 50 patients with craniocerebral injury patients, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, were treated with Bobath therapy and acupuncture and routine rehabilitation training. The treatment group based on the use of occupational therapy and hyperbaric oxypgen therapy. Fugl-Meyer scale was used to assess the upper extremity motor function, and Barthel index(BI) was used to assess ADL before and after treatment. Results:BI scores were significantly increased in both groups after treatment for 1 month(P〈0.05), and that in the treatment group was moer significantly as compared with in the control group(P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in scores of Fugl-Meyer scale in both two groups before and after treatment. After treatment for 3 months, scores of BI and Fugl-Meyer scale in both groups were significantly increased,and that in the treatment group was more obviously than in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Occupational therapy combined with hypeibaric oxypgen therapy has better effect in improving the movement of upper limbs and ability of daily living in patients with brain injury.
