蜂花粉抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究蜂花粉对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:经口服灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的蜂花粉30d后,进行负重游泳试验。结果:蜂花粉能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间、降低运动时血清尿素氮水平、减少肝糖原的消耗量、减少运动后血乳酸的含量和增加乳酸脱氢酶的活力。结论:蜂花粉在增加机体对运动负荷的适应能力、抵抗疲劳产生和加速疲劳消除方面具有明显的作用。

Abstract:Objective:This study is to find out antifatigued effect of bee pollen on the rats.Methods:Bee pollen were given intragastrically to rats in different dose for 30 days.then Continuously loaned-swimming test was taken.Results:showed that bee pollen could obviously prolong the time of rats loaned-swimming,lower serum urea nitrogen,decrease the consumption of liver glycogen;drop postexercise blood lactic acid and increase the activity of lactic dehydrogenase.Conclusion:From the above results,We concluded bee pollen may have significant effect on the capability of adaptation to heavy exercise and prevention or elimination of fatigue after exercise.
