| 摘 要： | 目的研究ｐ１６抑癌基因蛋白与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法应用免疫组化ＳＰ法对６４例子宫内膜癌、２２例非典型增生内膜和３０例正常内膜组织做ｐ１６蛋白检测。结果ｐ１６在内膜癌中阳性率为４６．８７％，明显低于正常内膜１００％和非典型增生７２．７３％（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ｐ１６蛋白的缺失与突变可能与内膜癌的发生、发展密切相关，是检测内膜癌的重要标志。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of p16 expression in endometrial carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of p16 protein in tissues of 64 cases of endometrial carcinoma,30 cases of normal endometrium and 22 cases of atypical hyperpiasia of endometrium. Results The positive rate of p16 was significantly lower in endometrial carcinoma(46.87%) than that in normal endometrium(100%),and atypical hyperplasia endometrium(72.73%) (P<0.01) . Conclusion The mutation and deletion of p16 protein may be related to the genesis and development of endometrial carcinoma. The p16 gene may play an important role in molecular bioscience of the endometrial carcinoma. |
