文拉法辛治疗抑郁症对照研究的Meta分析

目的探讨文拉法辛治疗抑郁症在疗效和不良反应方面与对照药的差异。方法用Meta分析对12项文拉法辛与其他抗抑郁剂治疗抑郁症对照研究的文章进行再分析，评价其合并效应量大小和综合显著性检验。结果文拉法辛治疗前后的自身对照，提示文拉法辛治疗抑郁症前后症状学变化有非常显著性差异，效应极强；文拉法辛与对照药在第2周末和治疗结束后的组间比较，提示文拉法辛起效快，文拉法辛疗效优于对照药；文拉法辛引起恶心呕吐明显多于对照药物。结论文拉法辛与对照药的疗效相仿，但起效快，不良反应各不相同。

Meta-analysis of comparative study on venlafaxine in the treatment of depression

Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression. Methods Twelve comparative studies of venlafaxine and other antidepressants in the treatment of depression were analyzed by meta-analysis. Results The significant difference of symptom between before and after treatment by venlafaxine was found. Comparison between venlafaxine and the controlled antidepressants at 2 weeks treatment and at the end of each trial showed that venlafaxine had a rapid effect on symptoms,there was significant difference between venlafaxine and the controlled antidepressants with respect to the clinical efficacy. Venlafaxine was higher than the controlled antidepressants in nausea and vomit. Conclusion Venlafaxine has a good clinical efficacy and different in side effects with controlled antidepressants,and takes into effect rapidlly.
