中医社区护理对老年高血压病患者健康促进作用探讨

目的探讨中医社区护理对老年高血压病患者健康促进作用。方法采取分层抽样，选择金花社区100名老年高血压患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，分别采取常规西医药物治疗＋常规社区护理模式和常规西医药物治疗＋社区中医护理模式。3个月为一疗程，监测血压、症状积分等指标，了解该护理模式对社区老年高血压病人的健康促进作用。结果两组显效率、总有效率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；在改善临床症状程度方面，观察组明显优于对照组，两组治疗护理后症状积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中医社区护理模式对老年高血压病患者临床症状有明显改善作用。

Chinese community care of elderly patients with hypertension the role of health promotion

Objective To explore the health promotion effects by using Chinese conventional medicine community nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Using stratified sampling method, we chose 1 hundred elderly hypertensive patients from Jinhua Community and random divided them into comparison group and observation group respectively who were treated with western medicine treatment + normal community nursing care pattern and combined with TCM community nursing care pattern. It lasted for three months as one course of treatment by monitoring blood pressure, symptom marks,esp. To explore the health promotion effects by using TCM community nursing care pattern for elderly patients with hypertension. Result The differences Efficiency, significant effective rate between two groups were not significant ( P＞ 0.05 ); According to marks of patients' symptoms , the observation group have better effect in help relieve the symptoms than the comparison group ( P＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion It works well by the implementation of the TCM community nursing care pattern on elderly patients with hypertension to promote their health conditions.
