拉西地平联合缬沙坦治疗中、重度高血压病的临床疗效

目的 观察拉西地平联合缬沙坦治疗中、重度高血压病的临床疗效和安全性.方法 纳入中、重度高血压病126例[收缩压（SBP）≥140 mmHg,舒张压（DBP）≥105 mmHg],每日晨服拉西地平（4～6）mg联合缬沙坦80mg,共治疗4周.观察患者血压、心率、血脂、血糖及肝肾功能变化.结果 拉西地平联合缬沙坦治疗中、重度高血压病4周后,SBP平均值较服药前降低33.9mmHg,DBP平均值降低25.7mmHg,血压达标（SBP＜140mmHg,DBP＜90mmHg）率为88.2%,治疗前后患者各项生化指标、肝肾功能均无明显改变,不良反应发生率较低.结论 拉西地平联合缬沙坦降压效果明显,安全性好,可作为中、重度高血压病患者降压治疗的联合用药方案.

Curative effect of lacidipine combining valsartan on moderate-severe hypertension

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of lacidipine combining valsartan in the treatment of moderate-severe hypertension. Methods The patients （ n=126 ） with moderate-severe hypertension （ SBP≥ 140 mmHg and DBP≥ 105 mmHg ） were chosen and given every morning lacidipine （ 4-6 mg） and valsartan （ 80 mg ） for 4 weeks. The blood pressure （ BP ） , heart rate （ HR ） , blood lipid, plasma glucose, liver and kidney function were observed. Results After 4-week treatment, average value of SBP decreased by 33.9 mmHg, and that of DBP, by 25.7 mmHg than before. The control rate of BP （ SBP〈 140 mmHg and DBP 〈90 mmHg ） was 88.2%. Other idexes, contained lipid, glucose, function of liver and kidney change little, and the rate of adverse reactions was low. Conclusion Lacidipine combining valsartan has significant BP-lowering effect with higher safety, which can be taken as a therapeutic combination plan in the treatment of moderate-severe hypertension.
