| 摘 要： | 目的 观察产后会阴切口预防性应用抗生素的临床效果.方法 将阴道分娩有会阴切口的产妇共2 483人,随机分为两组,一组产后常规应用抗生素预防感染为观察组1 673人,另一组产后不应用抗生素为对照组810人,比较两组切口愈合情况、平均住院天数、平均住院费用.结果 两组切口愈合情况、平均住院天数差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),观察组平均住院费用显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 产后会阴切口预防性应用抗生素并不能杜绝切口感染,提高切口愈合率,相反增加患者的经济费用. |
