高频彩色多普勒超声对43例附睾尾部肿物的诊断评价

目的提高对附睾尾部肿物的超声诊断水平并对高频彩色多普勒超声在附睾肿物诊断中的作用进行评价。方法回顾性分析2004年10月～2008年4月在我院接受手术治疗的43例附睾尾部肿物患者，对其病理诊断及超声特征进行分析。结果43例患者中，附睾非特异性炎症37例，其中伴脓肿形成2例，附睾结核4例，良性肿瘤1例，恶性肿瘤1例。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对附睾尾部肿物的诊断和鉴别具有重要临床价值，是附睾尾疾病的首选影像学检查方法。

Diagnostic Value of High Frequency Color Doppler Imaging in Mass Located at the Tail of Epididymis

Objective To investigate ultrasonic characters of mass located at the tail of the epididymis and raise the accurate rate of dignosis on mass located at the tail of the epididymis.
