高血压前期患者的处理原则

高血压前期是JNC7指南对高血压分级提出的一个新的概念,既往的指南均推荐非药物治疗作为此类患者的首选治疗方案。近年的试验虽然为临床医生提供了新的药物治疗选择,但高血压前期病人处理原则的制订仍然需要更多的研究结果来论证,同时费用/效益比和其他公共卫生问题也不容忽视。目前高血压前期治疗的根本方法仍然是以改变生活方式为主的综合治疗以阻止高血压前期向高血压的发展,并减少心血管疾病的发生。

Disposal Principle to Prehypertension Patients

Prehypertension is a new category of blood pressure classification according to the Seventh Report of The Joint National Committee.Previous approaches to prehypertension have focused on the role of nonpharmacologic modalities alone.Although the recently published studies offered a new option to clinicians,further investigations are urgently needed in the management of prehypertension and many public health problem like cost-effectiveness should be considered.Comprehensive lifestyle modifications are still the primary mode of treatment recommended to decrease the prevalence of prehypertension and to prevent prehypertensives from clinical hypertension and cardiovascular disease.
