腰椎间盘突出症术后患者卧床时间的探讨

目的探讨腰椎间盘摘除术后卧床时间与下床再次产生腰腿痛的关系。方法随机将90例腰椎间盘摘除术后的患者，分成A、B、C3组（n=30），A组为术后7-10d内下床，B组为术后11～15d内下床，C组为术后16～21d下床。比较3组患者腰腿痛发生情况。结果在腰椎间盘摘除术10d内下床活动的患者有43％能再次出现腰腿痛。而在手术后11-15d与术后16-21d下床活动者，再次发生腰腿痛者较A组明显减少，其疼痛程度明显减轻，发生率分别为10％和6．7％（p〈0．01）。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者术后应绝对卧床3周以上。

Research on Lying in Bed Time Postoperation Patients with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective： To investigate the relationship between lying in bed time with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc postoperation patients and backleg pain next time. Methods： 90 prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc postoperation patients were divided into 3 groups,compare the backleg pain. Results： The backleg pain of patients get out of bed in 11-15 and 16-21 days later after operation fewer than 7-10 days later group（p〈0.01）. Conclusion： Postoperation patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc should lying in bed at least 3 weeks.
