常见的甲状腺占位性病变有结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌,前两者属良性,后者是恶性。结节性甲状腺肿病程漫长变化及甲状腺癌组织学分型的多样性,使得甲状腺占位的CT表现复杂多样,且各种疾病之间常会存在交叉现象,因此CT在其定性诊断方面有一定难度。现结合各种甲状腺肿瘤的病理特点总结甲状腺占位的CT特征及鉴别要点。

The frequent space-occupying disease of thyroid are nodular goiter,thyroid adenoma and thyroid carcinoma,the first two of which are benign and the last one is malignant.The course of nodular goiter is very long and is varying all the time,the pathology type of thyroid carcinoma is multiple,so the CT characteristic of thyroid space-occupying disease is complex and diverse,and there are always some conjunct point between benign and malignant tumors,therefore it is often difficult for the qualitative diagnosis.Here is to summarize the CT features and diagnosis focal point of thyroid space-occupying disease combined with the pathological characteristics.
