间歇性栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤体会

目的探讨使用间歇性栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤患者的有效性、安全性和可行性。方法选择2008～2009年牡丹江医学院第二附属医院收治的30例肝血管海绵状瘤患者,所有患者均采用碘油乳剂经导管间歇性栓塞治疗。术后3个月、6个月、1年、2年进行随访。结果术后3～6个月,肝血管瘤缩小率为83%,栓塞彻底性为100%。术后1年,缩小率为100%,栓塞彻底性为100%。术后2年,栓塞彻底性为97%。结论间歇性栓塞治疗肝血管瘤是一种有效、安全、可行的治疗方法。

Intermittent Embolization Treatment of Cavernous Hemangioma of the Liver

Objective To explore the efficacy,safety and feasibility of intermittent embolization for hepatic cavernous hemangioma.Methods 30 cases of hepatic cavernous hemangioma admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College during 2008-2009 were selected,all patients received lipiodol emulsion embolization by catheter intermittent treatment.Follow-up was done after 3 months,6 months,1 year,and 2 years.Results After 3-6months,hepatic hemangioma shrinking rate was 83%,complete embolization rate was 100%.after 1 year,shrinking rate was 100%,complete embolization rate 100%.2 years after surgery,complete embolization was 97%.Conclusion Intermittent embolization as a treatment of hepatic hemangioma is effective,safe,and feasible.
