联用四种肿瘤标志对鉴别卵巢恶性肿瘤的价值

应用放射免疫方法对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者２１例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者２１例子手术前测定血清中ＣＡ２７．２９、ＣＡ１２５、ＣＡ１９－９及铁蛋白的含量。测定结果表明卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清ＣＡ２７．２９、ＣＡ１９－９及铁蛋白的阳性率明显高于良性肿瘤患者（Ｐ＜０．０５），而良性肿瘤患者ＣＡ１２５的假阳性率较高。同时测定四项肿瘤标志结果显示ＣＡ２７．２９、ＯＡ１２５及铁蛋白的联合检测阳性预计值为１００％，阴性预计值为７７．７８％。资料提示ＣＡ２７．２９与铁蛋白为卵巢恶性肿瘤的较佳标志；ＣＡ２７．２９、ＣＡ１２５及铁蛋白的联合检测不失为鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的一种较为可靠的方法。

THE PREDICTIVE VALUE OF A COMBINATION OF FOUR TUMOR MARKERS IN OVARIAN CANCER

CA27.29,CA125 CA19-9 and Ferritin were measured by means of RIA in 21patients with ovarian cancer and 21 patients with benign tumor.The results showed that the positive rates of CA27.29,CA19-9 and Ferritin were much higher in patients with ovarian cancer than in patients with benign tumor(PM0.05) and the false positive rate of CA125 in benign tumor was high.By combining results from the tests of CA27.29,CA125, CA19-9 and Ferritin,a positive predictive value of 100% and a negative predictive value of 77.8% were obtained.The study here suggests that a combination of CA27.29,CA125 and Ferritin is a good method to diagnose the ovarian cancer.
