跟骨重建钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折

目的探讨切开复位跟骨重建钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法对24例28侧跟骨关节内骨折,采用跟骨外侧扩大L形切口入路,切开复位跟骨重建钛板内固定。术后常规治疗、护理、定期随访。结果 24例28侧平均随诊15个月,根据Maryland足部评分系统：优17侧,良7侧,可4侧,优良率达85.7%。术后跟骨长度、高度、宽度及Bohler角均得到良好的恢复。结论切开复位跟骨重建钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效满意。

Treatment of intra-articular calcaneus fractures with calcanealreconstruction Titanium plates

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal reconstruction titanium for intra-articular calcaneus fractures.Methods 24 patients （28 feet） with intra-articular calcaneus fracture were treated with open reduction and calcaneal reconstruction titanium plate through expanded lateral L-shaped approach.Regular treated,cared and followed up.Results 24 patients （28 feet） were followed up for an average of 15 months.According to Maryland foot grading system： 17 feet achieved excellent results,7 good,and 4 fair,The good and excellent rate was 85.7%.The length,height,width and Bohler angle of the calcaneuswere well improved.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal reconstruction titanium plate to treat intra-articular calcaneus fractures is satisfactory.
