Site-rite5超声系统在PICC置管中的应用

目的：探讨Site-rite 5超声系统在PICC置管中的应用价值。方法：对需要长期静脉治疗且静脉置管困难者在Site-rite 5超声系统导引下行PICC置管,观察穿刺成功率、穿刺次数、穿刺时间、静脉炎发生率、血栓发生率、患者的疼痛评分。入选标准：肘部血管无法触及的肥胖患者、长期化疗4～6周期以后、长期静脉治疗外周血管损伤者、患有心血管疾病的老年患者（80岁以上）、小儿患者（7岁以下）。结果：置管成功率为100%,大大减少了穿刺次数,缩短了穿刺时间,避免了静脉炎和血栓的发生,减轻了患者的疼痛。结论：Site-rite 5超声系统是一种实用、科学、直观的用于PICC置管的仪器,值得在临床推广。

Application of Site-rite 5 Ultrasound System in PICC Catheter

Objective To investigate value of Site-rite 5 ultrasound system in the PICC tube application.Methods Take a long-term intravenous treatment of choice,difficult venous catheter were enrolled in the Site-rite 5 ultrasound-guided catheter system,Observe the success rate of puncture,the number of puncture,puncture time,the incidence of phlebitis,thrombosis rate,the pain score.Inclusion criteria Elbow blood vessels can not reach the obese patients,long-term chemotherapy after 4-6 cycles,long-term intravenous treatment of peripheral vascular injury,elderly patients with cardiovascular disease over 80 years,pediatric patients under the age of 7.Results The success rate was 100%,thus greatly reducing the number of puncture,reduces puncture time,to avoid the occurrence of phlebitis and thrombosis,reducing the pain.Conclusion Site rite 5 ultrasound system is a practical,scientific and intuitive for the PICC catheter instrument,worthy of clinical practice.
