显微椎间盘镜与开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析与护理

目的：将显微椎间盘镜与开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果对比，探讨显微椎间盘镜术后患者的护理。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者61例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组31例。治疗组采用脊柱后路显微椎问盘镜手术，对照组采用腰椎间盘间隙开窗间盘摘除术。比较手术的时间、切口大小、出血量、卧床时间及近期内随访手术效果。结果：治疗组优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01），术后两组患者的症状和体征都有明显缓解，无明显差别。结论：显微椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定，效果与开窗手术相同，该手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、不影响腰椎稳定性等优点，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法之一。

The clinical analysis and nursing of microendoscopic and conventional discectomy in treating lumbar disc herniafion

Objective: To compare the curative effect in treating lumbar disc herniation of microendoscopic and conventional discectomy, and explore the postoperative nursing of microendoscopic discectomy(MED). Method:61cases with lumbar disc herniation were divided into 2 groups,30 cases treated with microendocopic discectomy,aother 31 cases treated with conventional discectomy were as control group. To compare the differences of operative time, length of incison, blood loss, bed rest time, and clinical effect. Result: The operation time, length of incision, blood loss, bed rest time were of significant difference in the two groups(P<0.01).The clinical effect had no significant difference in two groups.Conclusion:Microendoscopic discectomy has some advantages of minimal invasion,less bleeding,faster recovery.It is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
