| 摘 要： | 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定仙灵骨葆胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法:色谱分析条件:色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(Aglient,250mm×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇-水(40:60);检测波长:246nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:补骨脂素在0.04024μg～0.4024μg范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为97.95%,RSD%为2.75(n=6)。异补骨脂素在0.04382μg～0.4382μg范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为97.99%,RSD%为2.55(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确,可作为仙灵骨葆胶囊中所含药味补骨脂的质控指标。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish RP-HPLC method for the content determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Xianlingubao Capsule.Methods： The determination was performed on C18 column with mobile Phase consisted of methanol-water（40：60） and detection wavelength of 246nm.Results： The linear range of Psoralen was 0.04024μg~0.4024μg（r=1.0000）with an average recovery of 97.95 %（RSD% =2.75,n=6）.The linear range of Isopsoralen was 0.04382μg~0.4382μg（r=1.0000）with an average recovery of 97.99 %（,RSD %=2.55,n=6）.Conclusion ： The method developed is more simple and reliable and could be used for quality control of Xianlingubao Capsule. |
