| 摘 要： | 目的:调查研究2型糖尿病患者中抑郁发生情况,及抑郁对胰岛功能的影响。方法:予抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估观察对象的抑郁发生情况,通过空腹静脉血糖及胰岛素水平计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),比较了解有无抑郁对HOM A-IR的影响。结果:72例(40%)患者有抑郁倾向,抑郁组在体重、糖化血红蛋白、C反应蛋白、HOMA-IR与对照组有显著的区别。结论:抑郁可影响糖尿病患者血糖控制,可引起体重增加,胰岛素抵抗。
