周围型软骨肉瘤的CT诊断（附4例报告）

本文通过经手术、病理证实的４例周围型软骨肉瘤的ＣＴ表现，着重讨论该病的ＣＴ表现与病理的关系，并讨论了ＣＴ在本病中的应用价值及其鉴别诊断。提出周围型软骨肉瘤的ＣＴ表现如下：（１）软组织肿块，肿块密度不均，边界清楚或不清楚；（２）瘤内钙化，其表现是多种形态的，典型者为环状、绒毛状，且以瘤基为中心放射状散开；（３）周围骨质呈侵蚀性或压迫性骨质破坏，侵蚀性骨质破坏区边缘模糊不清；而压迫性骨质破坏区边界清楚

CT Diagnosis of Peripheral Chondrosarcoma: Report of 4 Cases

The authors reported 4 cases of peripheral chondrosarcoma, all were proved by operation and pathology. The correlation of CT findings with pathology were studied,diagnostic value of CT scan and differential diagnosis were discussed. The main CT findings are as follows: (1) soft-tissue mass with inhomogeneous density and regular of irregular margin;(2) intratumoral calcification,appearing as a ring-like or fine hair-like calcification,radiating from center of the tumor; (3) infiltrative bone destruction with an unclear margin; (4) expansive bone destruction with clear margin and bone production, indicating low grade malignancy or pseudomembrane information; and(5) periosteal reaction was few.
