鼻咽癌组织中人乳头瘤状病毒DNA的研究

应用多聚酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）及４型人乳头瘤状病毒（ＨＰＶ）ＤＮＡ探针杂交技术，检测福建５８例鼻咽癌活检的石蜡包埋组织中人乳头瘤状病毒ＤＮＡ的存在及其类型。结果发现ＨＰＶＤＮＡ阳性者１４例（２４％），其中１６型５例（３５．７％），６型４例（２８．６％），１６型和６型同时阳性者４例（２８．６％），未知类型者１例（７％）。未发现１８型和１１型病例。５例慢性鼻咽炎粘膜中未检出ＨＰＶＤＮＡ。４２例癌旁粘膜被覆的鳞状上皮中见有挖空细胞、角化过度和疣状增生等ＨＰＶ感染效应。结果表明在鼻咽癌高发区ＨＰＶＤＮＡ有较高检出率，它与鼻咽癌的发生有一定关系。

Detection of Human Papilloma Virus DNA in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma by PCR

The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect and type HPV DNA in 58 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinomas from formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues.Fourteen of 58(24%)patients were positive for HPVs DNA in these biopsy specimens,HPV16 DNA was found in 5 of 14(35.7%)positive cases,HPV 6 DNA in 4(28.6%),HPV 16 and 6 DNA simultaneously in 4(28.6%)too,and HPV unknown type in 1(7%).No reaction for HPV 18 and 11.The HPV effects in nasopharyngeal mucosa adjacent to tumors in 42 cases were in accordance with cervical lesions.Among them,a statistical significance(P<0.05)was found with kiolocytosis,hyperkeratosis and condyloma-like lesions but not dysplasia.All these evidences are presented that nasophryngeal carcinomas can be infected by HPV in high incidence,but the relationship beween the HPV and tumor is not known.
