封闭式负压冲吸器在腔镜甲状腺术后并发皮下积液脓肿的疗效观察

目的：探讨封闭式负压冲吸器在腔镜甲状腺术后并发皮下积液脓肿的疗效。方法：将30例腔镜甲状腺术后并发皮下积液脓肿患者随机数字表法分成实验组（封闭式负压冲吸器治疗）和对照组（传统的脓肿切开引流换药治疗）各15例。结果：两组患者全治愈。但实验组无需另增切口,患者的换药次数、创腔愈合天数均低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：实验组患者无需再增切口,换药次数、创腔愈合天数显著减少,治疗费用、物品消耗降低,明显改善了医患关系。

Closed Vacuum Suction Punch Observed at Postoperative Seroma Endoscopic Thyroid Abscess Efficacy

Objective： To investigate the closed vacuum suction punch at postoperative seroma endoscopic thyroid abscess effect. Method： 30 cases with postoperative seroma endoscopic thyroid abscess were randomly divided into experimental group（a closed vacuum suction device Chong treatment） and control group（the traditional incision and drainage of abscess dressing treatment） 15 cases. Result： The two groups were full cured. However, the experimental group increased without another notch, dressing the number of patients, the number of days to heal the wound cavity were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The experimental group of patients without soared incision dressing times, healing the wound cavity significantly reduce the number of days,treatment costs, goods consumption is reduced significantly improve the doctor-patient relationship.
