蚌埠市麻疹监测系统评价

目的　探讨影响麻疹监测系统 ( MSS)质量的因素 ,以进一步加强麻疹监测与控制工作。方法　依据蚌埠市 1998年～ 2 0 0 2年 MSS和法定传染病报告系统 ( NNDRS)的资料 ,对资料进行指标化分析。结果　 1998年～ 2 0 0 2年 MSS的质量呈提高趋势。MSS的灵敏度、合格标本采集率、病例调查的完整性处在中等水平。疑似病例的调查率、MSS和 NNDRS报告病例的一致性较高 ;麻疹监测专业人员对爆发疫情的重视程度高于散发病例。结论　多因素影响 MSS质量 :主要是专业人员的责任心、患者的配合程度、爆发疫情的数量和规模大小等 ;提出目前麻疹监测的重点是增强责任疫情报告人的法定快速报病意识 ,提高麻疹疑似病例流行病学调查的准确性、完整性和合格标本采集率 ,并及时开展主动监测和主动搜索工作。

Evaluation on measles surveillance system in bengbu

Objective To explore the influence factors of measles surveillance system(MSS) and to accelerate measles surveillance and control.Methods The indicators of MSS were analyzed according to the data of MSS and NNDRS in Bengbu from 1998 to 2002.Results The quality of MSS form 1998 to 2002 had been improved year by year in Bengbu.The MSS and high sensitivity and adequate blood collection rate and case investigation rate were high.The agreement between measles cases of MSS and NNDRS was high in Bengbu.The staff in charge of measles surveillance paid more attention on outbreak cases than on sporadic cases.Conclusion There are many factors affecting MSS.The responsibility of the staff,cases' coordination and measles outbreak are the main factors.The consciousness of timely case reporting should be strengthened.The accuracy,integrity of measles suspected cases' investigation and adequate blood sample's collection rate should be improved.In addition,active surveillace and search of measles cases should be implemented thimely.
