| 摘 要： | EVLT是利用激光能量在静脉腔内造成内皮及血管壁的热损伤致纤维化,从而达到闭锁血管腔的目的。EV-LT治疗下肢静脉曲张具有安全、有效、微创、及并发症少等优点,有着非常广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | EVLT allows delivery of laser energy into the blood vessel lumen to produce endothelial and vein wall damage with subsequent fibrosis. EVLT for varicose vein of lower limb appears to be an extremely safe technique with significant effect,minor invasion and no serious complication. It holds considerable promises. |
