建立创新导向的校园文化 强化学生的创业观念

校园文化是高校的组织文化,它既体现为一种观念,也体现在学校的制度和物质环境中,它对创业素质的提升具有整体引导、塑造和培养功能,具有耳濡目染、点滴渗透的效果。美国高校文化由于受到社会文化的影响,具有强烈的个人英雄主义色彩,在这样一种"牛仔文化"的影响下,涌现出来许多优秀的学生自主创业人才,而我国文化中更多是一种保守观念占主导地位,被人们称为"龙文化",因此国内高校在进行创业教育的过程中应努力建立创新导向的校园文化,强化学生的创业观念,使创业思想深入人心,有效诱发学生的创业意识和心理品质,这样创业教育才会有成效。

Construct an Innovation-Oriented Campus Culture and Strengthen the Career Starting Concept among College Students

Embodied as an abstract concept as well as concrete regulations and material environment on the campus,the campus culture is the organizational culture among universities,which plays a significant role in enhancing students' quality of career starting.Similar to its social culture,the American campus culture is characterized by a strong personal heroism thus is known as a "cowboy culture".As the so-called "dragon culture",the Chinese culture is a more conservative one and thus lack of innovation-oriented career starting concepts among Chinese university students.Therefore,in order to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the innovation-oriented campus culture should be constructed,students' entrepreneurship conception strengthened,thus students' sense of career starting and mental status be enhanced.
