住院慢性精神病人232例死因分析

为探讨慢性精神病人死因及有关规律，统计35年病历资料，显示死因以衰竭、感染和伴发慢性疾患等躯体疾病为主（84．9％），其次为自杀（9．1％）再次为意外、猝死等。死亡原因与性别、精神疾病类别无关，与年龄、病程及医院设施、管理、医务人员素质有关。

Analysis of Causes of Death of 232 Chronic Mental Inpatients

It summarized the medical charts of ct chrouic mental inpatients and showed that 84. 9% of the causes of death were exhaustion,infection and concomitant physical diseases; the next were accidents and sudden death etc. It suggests the causes of death were not related to sex, category of mental disease, but related to hospital facilities, management and staff's quality.
