广西壮族自治区恭城县瑶族人群肾结石与膳食因素的相关性分析

摘    要:目的:分析广西壮族自治区恭城县瑶族人群肾结石形成与膳食因素的相关性,并为疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法:采用整群分层随机抽样方法,通过问卷调查和肾脏B超检查对恭城县3 475名常住瑶族居民饮食及肾结石情况进行调查,并用SPSS 16.0软件包对各因素进行分层分析及多因素logistic回归分析。结果:分层分析结果显示进食不同频次海产品、新鲜绿色蔬菜、新鲜水果、豆制品、坚果、谷类和动物内脏的人群中肾结石患病率的差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而进食不同频次淡水鱼肉及瘦禽肉、蛋类、奶制品、油脂食物、腌制食品和甜食的人群中肾结石患病率无明显差异(P0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析则显示进食柿子(OR=1.671)和动物内脏(OR=1.221)为肾结石的危险因素,而进食新鲜绿色蔬菜(OR=0.701)和豆类制品(OR=0.834)则是肾结石的保护因素(P0.05)。结论:膳食是瑶族人群肾结石的影响因素之一;合理调整膳食结构是预防本地区瑶族人群发生肾结石的措施之一。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the correlations between renal calculus and dietary factors in the Yao people of Gongcheng County,and provide a theoretical basis for disease prevention.Method:Cluster sampling was used in randomly selected individuals.Questionnaire survey and B ultrasonic examination were surveyed for the type of food and the prevalence of renal calculus among 3,475 Yao people come from the Gongcheng County.Both stratification analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed by SPSS 16.0software package.Result:Statistical differences were indicated by stratification analysis for renal calculus in different eaten frequency of seafood,fresh green vegetables,fresh fruit,beans,nut,frumentum and organ meats(P 〈0.05).While there was no correlation between the different eaten frequency of fish,lean meat,eggs,dairy product,fatty foods,pickled foods,sweets and renal calculus(P 〉0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that persimmon(OR=1.671)and organ meats(OR=1.221)were the risk factors of renal calculus.However,the protective factors of renal calculus were fresh green vegetables(OR=0.701)and beans(OR=0.834)(P 〈0.05).Conclusion:Dietary is an influencing factor of renal calculus in Gongcheng Yao ethnic group.And dietary modulation is considered as one of the keys to preventing renal calculus among them.
